Acceptance of a quote must be made in writing (email or signed document). A deposit may be required before work commences.
Payments not received within 30 days of invoice date are subject to a late fee of 2% per month (24% annually) or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is less.
We accept cash, certified cheque, bank transfer, and approved credit accounts for established commercial clients.

We will obtain necessary permits as required. Permit costs are typically separate from quoted service costs unless specifically included.
Cancellations must be made in writing at least 48 hours before scheduled work. Cancellations with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted amount.
Any changes to the scope of work must be documented in writing and may result in additional costs and schedule adjustments.
Emergency services are available 24/7. Emergency rates apply for after-hours, weekend, and holiday service calls.
While we strive to respond quickly to emergencies, response times may vary based on weather, traffic, and technician availability.
